Cigent Full Drive Encryption (FDE) is compatible with Microsoft BitLocker. However, Cigent FDE is designed to be installed before BitLocker is enabled.
Expected Behavior After Installation
During the first restart following Cigent FDE installation, Windows may briefly display a message indicating that BitLocker could not be enabled, even if BitLocker was previously disabled.
This is expected behavior and typically occurs only during the first restart after installation. The message does not indicate a failure of the Cigent FDE installation.
