Manage Licenses supports Data Defense license management and deployment operations.

Get Activation Code:

Get Activation Code copies the license code for your subscription to your clipboard. This code can be entered into the license page of Data Defense to upgrade from basic to subscription. 

Get Data Defense Download URL:

Get Data Defense Download URL will generate a customized URL that can be distributed to users without the need to distribute the installer itself. When users follow the URL, it will download the customized Data Defense installer which will automatically license against the selected subscription.

Download Data Defense:

Download Data Defense will immediately download the latest version. This version has a customized name which will automatically license new installations to the selected subscription. This executable can be distributed through any number of methods to support mass deployment.

Download PBA:

Download Pre-boot authentication will immediately download the latest version. See PBA documentation for installation and usage instructions.

Subscriptions :

The Subscriptions table supports searching and management of each subscription as well as currently licensed endpoints. Each subscription row displays information about license total and consumption as well as important dates like expiration. Administrators can control whether the paid subscription automatically renews at the expiration date or expires by toggling the status in the recurring column. Once a subscription expires it can not be reactivated and a new subscription must be purchased.

Within a subscription each endpoint licensed against that subscription can be seen. Administrators can deactivate or transfer endpoints between valid subscriptions. Deactivating a Data Defense endpoint will cause the endpoint to revert to basic status removing access to subscription features. You can use Get Activation Code to re-enable Plus features on personal/deactivated Data Defense endpoints.
